I don't think "WASP food" sucks. In some families, like mine, this is what we ate growing up. It is nostalgic for me and I like seeing these kind of retro recipes. I also think you do a good job of spicing the recipes up a bit for today's modern WASP!
I like your idea of making a healthier version of a classic recipe like you did with the tater tot casserole. I appreciate the effort to make the not always so healthy WASP recipes a little better for you.
I also like that you add a poll to allow your readers to participate in the blog!
Your writing is witty, humorous and definitely engaging! I check back frequently to see if you have added anything new. Keep it up!
Hey, if you think WASP food sucks, why don't you try The Non-WASP Foodie? Might be more suited to your discriminating palate. As for me, WASP Food is FINE (First in Nonpareil Eating)!! And The WASP Foodie is has top-notch recipes, great photographs, and amusing insights. What I want to know is: When are we going to see how to make beanie-weenies?

I think that doing WASP food exclusively is a bit boring because that food sucks

Beanie Weenies recipe:
1. buy can of beanie weenies
2. open can
3. put in microwave in bowl
4. heat for 1 minute
G-Mom's Mikey's Beans would be a good recipe for this though!
